Onyx Neon Shorts: End of the Year Collection 2014

Hey-hey, my friends!

Just a quick note to remind all y'all out there in Internet land that I currently have two--that's right, TWO--short stories available for purchase, and you can get them both today! Right now! Onyx Neon Shorts is a fairly new on-line imprint specializing in short stories, I've published with them before now (here and here), and their brand new End of the Year Collection gathers together all of this year's stories, plus a bunch of new content too. And that's how we ended up here...

So, if you buy this book (and you should), what exactly will you get?

I'm glad you asked. For the low, low price of $2.99, you will get over two hundred pages of stories and poetry by eight different authors--myself included, obviously. You can get a hold of this amazing deal simply by clicking here or here. It's that easy, and just in time for Christmas too!

My two contributions are:

Harris
An alien armada has wrecked the world. They pillaged, they looted, and then left, gone back to the stars. Boone lives among the ruins, scavenging what she needs. But today, the only thing she needs is to make it home, past gangs of twisted cannibals and the monstrous wreckage of the aliens’ war machine. She doesn’t have a choice. That’s just how life is in the windswept rubble of Minneapolis.

and

Billy Torch takes a Beating
Billy Torch used to be a supervillain, but then the Cowl took him down, hard. Now, fresh out of prison, broke, and with a bum knee, all he wants is his mask and his gear, so he can get back into the villain scene and start earning real money again. Unfortunately, a monster is on the loose and a dangerous vigilante is in hot pursuit, the pair’s titanic struggle of justice and revenge engulfing the entire city, and Billy Torch is caught right in the middle.

Eh? Eh? What do you think? Sounds good, right?

Seriously, thanks in advance for picking up a copy. The people at the Onyx Neon worked hard on this and they're good folks. I really hope you like it. And if you do, I'd be grateful if you left a review.

Jon
